Product terms come first
Our software products and paid plans have their own terms. Those terms are shown at checkout and control over these Terms for that product:
- Operix by Black Flag AVP
- VenueOS by Black Flag AVP
- Prompt Sifter by Black Flag AVP
- AI Agents (Starter, Pro and Agency)
Audio, video, lighting, install, repair and rental work is governed by the written quote, proposal or contract for that job.
Quotes and information
Requests you send through the site, such as booking or quote requests, are not a contract, and no job is booked until we confirm it in writing. Prices, availability and specifications on the site are subject to change. They are not an offer until they're confirmed in a written quote or at checkout. We try to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors, and we may correct them.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in private. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law. Don't send spam or harmful code, and don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours. Don't scrape, overload, scan or test the site's security without our written permission, and don't submit card numbers or other people's sensitive data through our forms.
AI tools
AI-generated results can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on or use them; you're responsible for how you use them. Your use of AI tools must follow xAI's Acceptable Use Policy (https://x.ai/legal/acceptable-use-policy).
Content and trademarks
The site's text, images, designs and the Black Flag AVP name and logo belong to Black Flag AVP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse site content without our permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we don't control, such as Stripe checkout and social media. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims about the site itself (not a product, plan or job, which have their own terms) is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act or another consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Governing law and venue
Texas law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, except where a law that can't be waived lets a consumer bring a claim where they live.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date.
